Meli

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Amped Management (“Amped,” “we,” “us”) for the Meli app. By using Meli, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

Meli is a wellbeing tool, not medical care

Meli offers gentle prompts, reflections, and optional AI-generated responses to support a calmer relationship with your phone. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse Meli — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it or its services, or using the reflection feature to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Meli Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

The “Take it deeper” reflection

This optional feature uses AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to generate short reflections. AI responses can be imperfect or inaccurate and are for reflection only — see the wellbeing note above. We limit each reflection to a small number of exchanges by design.

Intellectual property

Meli, its content, and its design are owned by Amped Management. The words you write are yours; we don’t claim ownership of your journal entries or reflections.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Meli is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Meli after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll update the date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Amped Management operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
